The Ship Inn - Oundle

Finding the car park was a hassle. The entrance wasn't signed, and directions were nonexistent. My room was quite cold, taking ages to warm up even with the heating on. The shower needed patience before it finally got hot, and the slippery plastic bath was less than ideal. Noise from the outdoor seating area kept me awake into the early hours, especially with rowdy guests nearby.

The food at the pub was excellent, with a diverse range of dishes, making dining a highlight of my stay.

The car park was difficult to locate, and there was no guidance provided on how to find it, frustrating after a long journey.
